What do the destination icons in the hall passes mean?

In order from top-left to bottom-right:

  • Bathroom
  • Nurse
  • Water Fountain
  • Locker
  • Snack
  • Other...

While the first five are pretty self-explanatory, the last icon was added as a requested feature. The "Other..." option (the ellipse) serves to indicate that a student is headed to a location not already mentioned in any of the other five choices. Often, this location might include: the main office, a guidance counselor, or even another classroom!

I have an idea for a feature I'd really like in my classroom! Who should I contact?

That's great! Our team is hard at work making new, useful tools for teachers, and we always enjoy hearing from educators in the field!

Are there any other languages in the works?

Si! We have Spanish all-but-done, French is in the works, and future updates aim to support a variety of other languages.

Can I promote ClassRelay to others?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to welcome aboard educators at all levels, and in all places!

Is there an app I have to download to use ClassRelay?

There is currently no need to download any app for ClassRelay!

When discussing ClassRelay with teachers, we found that downloading apps proved more cumbersome than visiting a site. With this in mind, we made ClassRelay fully responsive for desktop, tablets, and even mobile devices with all features present in every version! Just bookmark the Sign-In page, or save it to your homescreen and you're all set.

There's no need to keep track of updating the app in order to receive new features. Right now, teachers receive every feature as soon as it's released without downloading or uploading a thing!

Furthermore, while it's true that we're actively developing offline tools, apps and features for educators with powerful devices, there's absolutely no reason to worry. At ClassRelay we firmly believe in democratizing the healthy classroom, so we'll always continue offering our hassle-free version free of charge.

Is my information or my students' information being sold anywhere by ClassRelay?

Your information is kept with our security team at ClassRelay and is currently not being sold, shared, nor disseminated by anyone in the team. ClassRelay is committed to privacy because we believe that privacy is a basic and fundamental human right.

All data collected is used purely and exclusively to provide your account with full support of ClassRelay's features. If you ever have any question regarding a bug, a security concern, or any other data-related question or report, please contact us.

Is ClassRelay really free?

Yes! ClassRelay is absolutely free for use in two classrooms with up to 50 students!

The free trial is not time-limited and offers up to two classes with no obligation whatsoever.

Furthermore, for a limited time, we're offering a great deal to upgrade to ClassRelay Premium! If you're already a ClassRelay user, you can upgrade, by tapping Upgrade to Premium in your settings. If you haven't tried ClassRelay, it's super simple to get started with ClassRelay Premium here.

Can I cancel my ClassRelay Premium Subscription?

Absolutely, and at no additional cost.

If you cancel your subscription, your premium subsciption will become inactive immediately. You will not be charged any future months, unless you restart a subscription.

If you cancel your ClassRelay Premium subscription you will still have access to ClassRelay Basic, however, you will lose access to any additional classes. The the system will deactivate any classes over the basic limit (2) alphabetically by class abbreviation. If you plan to leave premium, it would be best to manually deactivate the classes you do not plan to keep. A cancelled Premium subscription will not deactivate your account.
