Sales Representative

Description

Our Sales Representatives serve as our primary means of customer acquisition. As the team members charged with promoting the ClassRelay brand, they are uniquely equipped to feel the market for opportunities for company growth. Sales representatives assist potential partners in understanding, implementing, and engaging with ClassRelay’s offerings by signing under the ClassRelay service umbrella.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with complex scheduling, travel, task management, and teleconferencing
  • A strong sense of professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
  • Ability to work autonomously on assignments
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience

  • Experience in Marketing and Sales of no less than 2 years
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Psychology, or related field

Description

It is up to our Customer Support Specialists to listen to, analyze, and identify these problems before deploying the right strategy to help them. Our Customer Support Specialists strive for customer satisfaction, and form the most public aspect of ClassRelay’s service offerings.
